![]() ![]() Associate Producers work closely with the creative and production teams prior to and throughout the production runs, including supporting rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and previews. Reporting to the Artistic Producer/Head of Casting, the Associate Producers serve as line producers on all levels of Globe productions – on their three stages, Globe for All Tours, MFA shows, developmental workshops and readings, special projects, and more.Īssociate Producers participate in the planning and execution of productions including casting, creative team selection, and script development. Their full production slate includes a renowned summer Shakespeare Festival, productions of classic and world premiere plays and musicals, the annual Powers New Voices Festival of new play readings, myriad Arts Engagement programming – such as Globe For All, Axis Events, Community Voices, and a production of the University of San Diego/Old Globe Shiley Graduate Theatre Program. With a budget of $36 million, each season features 16 subscription productions on three stages on the Old Globe’s lovely Balboa Park campus.
